If karate, dance class or another show is your child's priority, put that priority in the conflicts box BEFORE auditions.... BEFORE camp begins. *

Sports teams and dance recitals have many days to practice... We only get a week to put a show together! No exceptions, no matter how "small" the role may be. Every actor is important.

By checking the box below, I understand that The Baillie Players does not issue out refunds if my child cannot attend camp. This policy is in place so that students do not "hold a spot," or if a child is unhappy with their role. All roles are important. Triple-check your schedule before signing up for camp. There are no refunds if your child does not show up to camp... And we can no longer give a camp credit out in the case of an emergency. We are sorry for the inconvenience. *

Students are expected to kind to each other, listen to the directors, and be on their best behavior. Failure to follow camp rules and directions can result in restrictions to my child's camp attendance. My child will also receive any role handed down to them whether its "Cinderella" or "Tree Number 6." I understand that theater is a team effort, and every actor on the stage is important. *

Conflicts must be addressed BEFORE your student is registered for camp... And BEFORE the show is cast. Failure to do so can result in your child's part being adjusted or moved to chorus. If you have no conflicts, please write "No Conflicts."

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability Agreement: By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions: In consideration of my child’s participation and the services offered by The Baillie Players, its owners, officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, participants, agents, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf, I hereby agree to acknowledge and release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge The Baillie Players and its staff on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows: I acknowledge that my child's participation in theatre, and related activities, entails known as well as unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The risks include, but are not limited to: slips and falls, falling from equipment, fabric burns, pinches, scrapes, twists and jolts that could result in scratches, bruises, sprains, lacerations, fractures, concussions, or even more severe life-threatening hazards; strains, cuts, bruises, muscle soreness, tears, and fractures; musculoskeletal injuries including head, neck, and back; injuries to internal organs; the negligence of other participants or other persons with this activity. In any event, where my child is injured and require medical assistance, I acknowledge said assistance is done at my own expense. Furthermore, I acknowledge that The Baillie Players' instructors, volunteers, and employees have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or abilities. They might misjudge environmental conditions. They may give incomplete instructions or warnings, and the equipment being used might malfunction. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Baillie Players from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected to my child’s participation in this activity or my child’s use of The Bailllie Players’s equipment or facilities, including such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of The Baillie Players. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage my child may cause or suffer while participating in this activity, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition my child may have. By signing this online form, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my child’s participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against The Baillie Players and the facility owners on the basis of any claim from which I have released The Baillie Players and facility owners herein. I acknowledge that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire section of the registration form. I have read and understood it in its entirety and I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity.
